Course content: 1x1personal session including a posture analysis + 6 group sessions @ 60 minutes
This orientation course will build a foundation of exercises required to move on to the next level. It is mandatory before joining any Open Group Matwork classes.
Content: You learn the Five Basic Principles of the
STOTT PILATES method and essential exercises to
establish core strength and stability and heighten mind-body awareness. Props may be incorporated to adjust to YOUR postural alignment and add variety.

Content: Combination of Essential and Intermediate MatExercises. We review the Five Basic Principles of STOTT PILATES method. Emphasis of this class is on precision and accurateness of exercises. This mat-based workout is designed to help participants develop leaner, Longer - looking muscles, establish core strength and stability,
and heighten mind-body awareness. Props may be incorporated to add variety and increase intensity.

Cost: 10 sessions € 140
pay : 30€ at registration and the rest at the 2nd session.

Content: 5min tuning in + 25 min walking + 25 min MatPILATES
A balanced workout combining cardio training, through walking on the spot easy steps for variation and preparation for walking all kinds of terrain, with Pilates toning exercises.
Tuesday 9.30 am + Wednesday 6.30pm Class capacity: max 8 participants .
